    Temp Digital Affiliate Lead Generation Specialist

    THE COMPANY:

    Our client is a part of a world leading international healthcare company within Hearing Devices, Diagnostic Instruments and Wearable Technology. This business supports a growing network of over 400 retail outlets across five retail brands servicing Australia & New Zealand.

    THE ROLE:

    Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for significantly scaling their lead generation programs online. Specifically, the optimisation of existing affiliate leads generation channels, the development of new affiliate channels and the creation of native affiliate channels. This role will work with others to implement change and ensure that all key stakeholders are updated through regular, timely and ongoing communication. Key responsibilities include:

    - Digital Lead generation, including creation and development of an online customer base to gain new business leads for all brands
    - Improvement in the efficacy of existing and new digital marketing programs including monitoring and management of all retail brand websites and digital lead automation process, in conjunction with our contact centre
    - Manage media agency to develop and evaluate new affiliate proposals and opportunities, and with ongoing management of current affiliate providers
    - Develop strategy and implement bespoke native program and lead generation landing URL to capture direct new leads and optimise online form conversion.
    - Continuously monitoring and tracking of results, including reporting invalid leads for end of month invoice reconciliation and reporting back to affiliate partners
    - Facilitate conversion performance measurement for metrics such as % invalid leads, call connection rates, conversion to appointment, conversion to test appointment ā€“ and ultimately sales and ROI of the channel
    - Finalise the development of a new API technology solution, monitor lead automation delivery to ensure timely delivery of leads ā€“ and later to optimise and improve lead automation if required
    - Monitor competitor activity in the affiliate channels and provide updates to the team and executive management as required

    YOU:

    - The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in either marketing, communications or commerce with a minimum of 2 years experience working in affiliate marketing
    - Strong analytical skills and experience in an environment generating leads from digital
    - Demonstrated experience in working closely and communicating with senior executives to deliver on key business objectives
    - Strong experience in optimising budget across multiple communication channels
