    Corporate Partnerships and Campaign Coordinator

    THE COMPANY

    Every year 950 Australian children and adolescents will be diagnosed with cancer and every week nearly three Australian children and adolescents will die of cancer. Our clients vision is to save the lives of all children with cancer and eliminate their suffering. They are looking for a Corporate Partnerships and Campaign Coordinator to join their busy team!

    THE ROLE:

    In conjunction with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and Corporate Partnerships Executive successfully support the management of the existing corporate partnerships portfolio to develop mutually beneficial relationships that
    optimise the opportunity for profitable growth of this income stream.

    The main responsibilities include:

    - Support the corporate sales team including the Corporate Partnerships Manager and Corporate Partnerships executive in the implementation of the strategy to acquire, engage and nurture corporate relationships that offer opportunity for strong income with acceptable ROI
    - Support the management of existing relationships especially those at the less than $25k PA tier, ensuring contractual obligations are met; partner plans are in place and high quality service standards maintained in conjunction with the Corporate Partnerships Executive
    - Support the drafting and administration of multi-year partnership agreements to build sustainable and predictable income
    - Support the Corporate Partnerships Team in their efforts to research, source, negotiate and secure new sponsorships and cause related marketing agreements that drive profitable income for the institute
    - Support the administration of identifying and tracking accurate corporate partnerships account contact profiles to establish multiple contact points including senior management, account managers and grass root champions; encourage relevant personnel to attend lab tours and events to contribute to their
    understanding of our cause and impact
    - Support the growth of the 'Dare the Boss' campaign including providing backend analysis and management of the campaign website and assistance in activating participants via telemarketing services to encourage participants to fundraise successfully
    - Support the management of Corporate Partnership records on the CRM database to ensure accuracy of coding, reporting, relationship information and Total Partner Value tracking
    - Contribution to the development of the Corporate Partnerships budget
    - Contribute to identification of opportunities where goods and services required by the Institute can be sourced free of charge to improve performance and profitability, source and secure these, manage recognition of relevant partners who donate goods and services as appropriate
    - Contribute to reporting of the financial performance for this income area on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Provide advice of emerging trends and pipeline forecast for future income projections
    - Establish strong relationships with the internal research teams to understand their work, the positive impact of this research for children with cancer and the opportunity we offer partners to be part of this journey towards curing every child
    - Work cohesively with the fundraising, research and marketing teams

    YOU:

    - The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in the corporate sector with a proven track record of successfully growing profitable business
    - Results driven to achieve income target with understanding of sales culture and processes
    - Strong relationship skills, ability to make supporters feel valued and appreciated
    - Good personality, able to communicate well with a wide range of people both through written and verbal communications
    - Good project management skills and understanding of Gannt planning a benefit
    - Capability to manage the administration of budgets and income / expenditure analysis
    - Experience of proposal and presentation preparation
    - Donor focussed, passionate about dealing with people, strong belief in NFP sector
    - Highly organised with strong business administrative skills, able to prioritise and multi task across several projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
    - Experience of management of database records (Experience In Raisers Edge an advantage)
    - Experienced at business reporting including initial analysis and understanding of key business performance KPIs
    - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite - Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
