    Marketing & Events Coordinator

    THE COMPANY:

    THE ROLE:

    Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, the Marketing & Events Coordinator will coordinate a series of integrated marketing initiatives designed to drive business objectives and exceed business targets.

    Assist product marketing and corporate brand management team:

    - Execute product to market strategies and plan, design, execute and monitor the results of integrated campaigns
    - Oversee campaign building, sending, tracking, analysis, monitoring, and reporting
    - Analyse results throughout campaign and recommend strategy/delivery changes as appropriate
    - Ensure pre implementation review occurs and briefing prior to campaign launch
    - Conduct post campaign analysis. Including all open rates, click throughs, rate of increase on select targeted groups, observations and recommendations
    - Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
    - Develop marketing collateral and advertising that is compelling and on brand

    Event Management

    - Responsible for delivering a range of high profile professional events
    - Manage the effective facilitation of major event operation plans
    - Oversee event production, planning and logistics along with development of creative ideas
    - Ensure communication is seamless to all internal and external stakeholders
    - Responsible for supplier negotiation and logistics coordination

    Marketing strategy and support

    - Contribute to the development of a robust marketing plan based on current thinking and best practice
    - Identify the opportunities and/ or challenges in print, online and provide solutions
    - Develop a deep vision around how the marketing team will fulfil business needs
    - Contribute to the website strategy and provide input and execution on an ongoing basis

    YOU:

    - The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in marketing and/ or communications and a minimum of 1-3 years experience in a marketing related area
    - Proven event and project management experience
    - Excellent copywriting and communication skills and high level of organisational skills and attention to detail
    - Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines
    - Knowledge and awareness of great design, social channels and experience working in MS Office, Salesforce, WordPress and email management programs
    - Experience in a B2B and B2C business would be desirable and also have worked in the financial services or education industry
