    Partner Marketing Manager

    THE ROLE:

    The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of a strategic partnerships program with a focus on building customer and partner case studies for Australia's growing SMB market. The role will drive the execution of co-marketing activities to build brand awareness.

    The main responsibilities include:

    - Develop an overall partner and customer advocacy program with key strategic customer and industry partners that illustrate the company as the training partner of choice
    - Manage the day-to-day execution of the program by maintaining a database of partner and customer advocates and developing individual participation plans which could involve written and video case-study development, content for social media and ATL campaigns, event participation, press engagement, thought leadership etc
    - Where relevant, develop and execute partnership co-marketing opportunities with SMB's, ensuring brand alignment to build the brand, identify strategic opportunities for new business and deliver enrolment and revenue growth
    - Build and maintain value-add relationships with partners by creating a nurturing communications program including ongoing oversight of an employer and cross-industry database to ensure partnerships are leveraged effectively and increase market competitiveness
    - Lead the creation and delivery of co-partnership and B2B marketing campaigns including brand strategy, event management, sponsorships, digital marketing, social media, activations, content production, public relations, SEM, SEO, website development, market research and analysis, lead generation and marketing optimisation
    - Deliver partner and employer/ industry/ B2B content into the Campaigns team, ensuring content is relevant and aligned to industry to build the brand
    - Design and develop cross-industry marketing content for various channels and deliver, measure and report on achievements

    YOU:

    - The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in a related field and have experience in working in a B2B Marketing environment, preferably from the IT sector or an organisation selling a solution as opposed to a product.
    - Experience in working in the SMB environment is essential; high volume partnership marketing
    - You will need to have worked in a fast-paced environment having managed multiple partner stakeholders, including strong internal stakeholders
