    Marketing Coordinator, Business Faculty

    $262.50 a day including super | 3 month contract | CBD Location

    THE ROLE:

    The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the execution of campaigns, marketing programs and compliance for the business faculty and works closely with the Business Marketing Executive. The key responsibilities include:

    - Support compliance and auditing processes, including reviewing websites and collaterals, inputting data and adhering to strict deadlines
    Assist in execution of marketing plans based on market, consumer and product insights
    - Support the Business Faculty in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels - including digital, advertising, direct marketing, social media, PR, experiential, publications and events
    - Help create amazing content for website, social media, direct marketing channels and collaterals
    - Execute the integrated product campaign plan
    - Ensure all campaigns and assets are aligned to college and university branding
    - Collaborate and help develop, plan, promote and execute marketing and lead generation and conversion activities as required

    YOU:

    - Understanding of the importance of the marketing mix including market planning, segmentation, campaign execution, events, online, direct marketing, social media, and PR and some exposure to elements of this mix.
    - Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to present professionally to a range of audiences
    - Experience of social media campaigns
    - Tertiary qualifications essential, education marketing experience desirable
    - Proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint - understanding Wordpress and Salesforce systems desirable
    - Resilient with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently
    - Ability to self-manage workload and deliver to deadlines
