    Media & Research Operations Specialist / Digital media

    An exciting newly created position has come up with one of Australia's most respected automotive services provider. Servicing 3 of Australia's most loved automotive brands, you will be responsible for managing the relationships of their media agencies - the business sees their agencies as extended partners, the relationship is critical for success.

    Reporting into the Group Media & Insights Manager, the Media & Research Ops Specialist will be responsible for supporting 3 business units. The role is responsible for delivering media planning, implementation, optimisation and research support to each of the 3 units.

    Key focus will be:
    - ensuring media is at the forefront of the digital transformation journey
    - leveraging relevant digital media and data to align with path to purchase
    - the educational piece; educating teams about digital and traditional media
    - campaign management & implementation aligning all brand & retail media
    - being an advocate of the brands - delivering with passion and enthusiasm

    Ideally you will have 3+ yrs media experience; client side or agency side - digital experience is essential. You will have a sound knowledge and appreciation of the Australian media and consumer landscape, preferably having had exposure to the automotive or a similar industry. Experience with research tools like Roy Morgan, Neilsen Net Ratings or Hitwise would be highly advantageous.

    The role has a competitive salary of c. $70k + super with a bonus scheme based on company performance.
