    An exciting opportunity for a Senior Brand manager has arisen to join a niche travel and entertainment business. Located centrally, the business is going through an exciting growth stage and is looking for a brand expert to take the reins, grow with and stretch the business through this dynamic time. A true 'story teller' who can demonstrate capability to build a brand and communicate its values effectively is what we are looking for. The right mindset, hunger and energy is what is required to take the business forward through a period of growth that may well see it double in size - quickly.

    The Brand Marketing Manager sits within the leadership team - reporting directly to the MD. You will be responsible for re-launching the brand and scaling up sales. Key to the revenue success and business growth, you will lead the strategic planning and development activities, providing input into business growth and improvement decisions.

    Key responsibilities and accountabilities in brief are:
    - building a strong brand - strategy through to implementation
    - shape market offerings; define product strategy and roadmaps
    - communicate value; develop and deliver effective comms plans
    - market & customer insights; conduct competitive strategic analysis, customer segmentation & customer insight development
    - internal communication; provide strategic direction internally to ensure brand and product strategies are supported on a tactical level

    If you have 5+ years experience in brand, marketing management, product development or sales I'd love to hear from you. Relevant experience in the travel / tourism industry would be preferable. Salary is highly competitive. Culture is dynamic and challenging but essentially very rewarding for personal and professional growth.
