Account Director

A great opportunity to join this successful boutique agency that specialise in brand / design projects for prestigious property developments.
  
You'll work with a Business Director and General Manager to deliver campaign and media led projects for a prestigious commercial property brand.
  
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Account Director or a Senior Account Manager that is ready to step up.
  
An agency account management and strong client service background is required and a love for and or experience in property marketing is ideal but not mandatory. An interest in both creative and media planning is highly desirable.
  
You'll be supported by an Account Manager and an Account Co-Ordinator so proven team leadership experience is also required.
  
Key requirements:
  

• previous marketing or advertising for the property industry preferred, but not mandatory

• strong attention to detail and incredibly organised

• a team player and team leadership experience

• excellent verbal and written communication skills

• confident presenter

• curious; entrepreneurial in spirit, a self initiator

• no ego with an 'all hands on deck' approach

• strong commercial and analytical skill set

• excellent negotiator
