Account Director

A great opportunity to join this award-winning boutique agency that specialise in brand / design projects for prestigious property developments.
  
You'll work with a Business Director to deliver strategic and creative led brand projects in the commercial property sector.
  
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Account Director that has a love for and or experience in property marketing. An interest in both creative and media planning is an advantage.
  
Key requirements:

• previous marketing or advertising for the property industry preferred, but not mandatory

• strong attention to detail and incredibly organised

• a team player and team leadership experience

• excellent verbal and written communication skills

• curious; entrepreneurial in spirit, a self initiator

• no ego with an 'all hands on deck' approach

• strong commercial and analytical skill set

• excellent negotiator
