THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving new business and renewing existing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to meet annual new business and renewal revenue targets.
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to expand into new sectors.
- Identifying and engaging with key decision-makers and influencers to understand their training needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Managing customer orders, pricing, and information, ensuring accurate data entry into the CRM system.
- Conducting a mix of cold calling, lead follow-ups, and attending trade shows and industry events to generate opportunities.
- Preparing sales strategies, pricing proposals, and training implementation plans in partnership with the Director of Sales.
- Maintaining detailed customer records and collaborating with marketing on campaigns that align with sales strategies.

- Previous experience in Business Development within similar sectors is essential, with a strong preference for candidates from the education industry.
