THE COMPANY:

Our client stands at the forefront of aged care in Australia, renowned for their exceptional services. They are currently seeking a dedicated Client Relations Manager to join their dynamic team and contribute to their continued success.

THE ROLE:

As the Client Relations Manager, reporting directly to the Group Head of Client Relations, you will be pivotal in driving occupancy and enhancing client engagement across the region. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assess and report on occupancy and admission trends to inform strategic decisions

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maintain high occupancy rates. This includes organising and overseeing sales and promotional events such as open days, expos, and information sessions

  • Collaborate with local homes to create marketing plans that support community engagement and establish a robust referrer pipeline

  • Track and analyse enquiry trends to identify potential declines in occupancy and devise strategies to address them

  • Monitor the competitive landscape, including pricing and new developments, and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key referrers including local medical practices, hospitals, government agencies, and community groups

  • Work with the Executive Director to evaluate demand, competitor activity, and resident and family needs

  • Provide training and guidance to staff on admissions processes, fees, charges, and creating effective tour plans.

YOU:

  • The ideal candidate will have at

    least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in managing admissions processes in residential aged care settings

  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to build rapport and foster local relationships

  • Prior experience in sales within the aged care sector is highly desirable

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and work effectively within a team

  • In-depth understanding of aged care funding, fees, charges, and relevant legislation and codes of practice
