With a strong commitment to supporting individuals and families, they’re looking to welcome a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Coordinator to their team.

THE ROLE:

Working closely with the Group Marketing & Communications Manager, this position is ideal for a proactive marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your role will be essential to ensuring all marketing initiatives run smoothly and effectively, encompassing a wide range of key responsibilities:

  • Develop and schedule engaging content to build brand awareness across social platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand tone and objectives.

  • Assist in creating and refining content for both internal and external audiences, using tools like Canva, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Act as the main liaison for vendors, maintaining effective relationships and ensuring timely delivery of materials, ads, and campaigns.

  • Oversee and update the marketing calendar, track project timelines, and coordinate publication schedules to ensure all deadlines are met.

  • Handle internal and external briefs, ensuring requirements are clear, aligned with strategy, and executed to high standards.

YOU:

You’re an enthusiastic marketer with a passion for people-centred, meaningful communications. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining keen attention to detail.

  • Comfortable with WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Video editing skills to support all aspects of content creation and brand storytelling.

  • You have excellent written and verbal skills, essential for maintaining effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.

  • Enjoys working collaboratively with a supportive team and contributing positively to the company culture.

  • Must be happy to work full time in the office.
