Join an exciting and vibrant travel company dedicated to providing unforgettable experiences to their customers. We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing their marketing assets and programs.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, the key tasks are as follows:
Brief and develop core marketing assets, including brochures, advertising templates, flyers, blogs, advertorials, videos, TV programs, eDMs, and social/paid digital ad formats
Support the global marketing and campaigns program by providing master assets for local use
Research the competitive landscape to gain insights for the development of marketing programs, special offers, and promotional channels
Monitor, analyse, and report on sales results and campaign drivers, providing key insights and recommendations for future strategies
Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy across all channels in Australia and New Zealand
Brief and collaborate with in-house and external agency partners to develop creative and media campaigns
Support the implementation of integrated advertising and marketing strategies
Support the development of content for press, TV advertising, and all marketing collateral, including basic copywriting and messaging for flyers, brochures, eDMs, social media, and trade materials
Create presentations and key assets for the implementation of dedicated events
Research and source relevant video content to support advertising and marketing plans, working closely with the video content team
YOU:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-years+ work experience in a related role
Knowledge and experience in the travel industry, preferably in Australia
Excellent communication skills with strong cross functional team management experience
Able to deliver agreed results in a fast paced team environment and exceptional organisational and planning skills are critical for the role
Ability to write content/copy with ease and adapt master messaging by format and channel
You must have strong analytical skills
