THE COMPANY:

Our client manages a substantial privately-owned portfolio spanning multiple asset classes. Their mission is to create long-term value and shared success through exceptional experiences, and they are currently seeking a Marketing Manager for a short-term contract.

THE ROLE:

The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing program across various retail assets. Key responsibilities include:
  • Driving marketing and communications activities across the retail portfolio to enhance customer advocacy, retailer engagement, and asset performance.
  • Collaborating with agency partners to plan and execute centre campaigns, managing all aspects including briefing, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Creating and delivering customer events and activations.
  • Leading the digital strategy to grow brand awareness, support retailers, and optimise digital and social channels.
  • Managing content creation, including developing engaging content that highlights the centre experience and overseeing user-generated/influencer content.
  • Planning, filming, and editing content for multiple social media channels.
  • Scheduling and managing content across social media and digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, websites, and eDMs.
  • Staying ahead of social media trends and taking an innovative approach to creating engaging content.
  • Using data analytics to identify insights and measure campaign performance.
  • Monitoring and analysing competitor social media and digital activity.
  • Building strong relationships with retailers to maximise opportunities.
  • Collaborating with agencies and external suppliers to deliver high-quality creative assets and services on time and within budget.
  • Gaining an understanding of customer needs through research and data analysis.
YOU:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive with a background in retail shopping centre environments.
  • Proven experience across digital and social media platforms, with the ability to interpret research data and insights.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience preparing and managing financial budgets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a collaborative approach, and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to manage campaigns, projects, and tasks from start to finish.
  • A confident communicator, problem solver, and end-to-end project manager.
