THE ROLE:
The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing program across various retail assets. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving marketing and communications activities across the retail portfolio to enhance customer advocacy, retailer engagement, and asset performance.
- Collaborating with agency partners to plan and execute centre campaigns, managing all aspects including briefing, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Creating and delivering customer events and activations.
- Leading the digital strategy to grow brand awareness, support retailers, and optimise digital and social channels.
- Managing content creation, including developing engaging content that highlights the centre experience and overseeing user-generated/influencer content.
- Planning, filming, and editing content for multiple social media channels.
- Scheduling and managing content across social media and digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, websites, and eDMs.
- Staying ahead of social media trends and taking an innovative approach to creating engaging content.
- Using data analytics to identify insights and measure campaign performance.
- Monitoring and analysing competitor social media and digital activity.
- Building strong relationships with retailers to maximise opportunities.
- Collaborating with agencies and external suppliers to deliver high-quality creative assets and services on time and within budget.
- Gaining an understanding of customer needs through research and data analysis.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive with a background in retail shopping centre environments.
- Proven experience across digital and social media platforms, with the ability to interpret research data and insights.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience preparing and managing financial budgets.
- Exceptional attention to detail, a collaborative approach, and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent time management and the ability to manage campaigns, projects, and tasks from start to finish.
- A confident communicator, problem solver, and end-to-end project manager.
