Sales & Marketing Coordinator

The Company:

Join an innovative luxury travel company dedicated to crafting exceptional discovery experiences for its guests. They are seeking a talented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their team on an initial 3-month contract.

The Role:

Reporting to the Manager, Trade Partner & Sales Programmes, the main responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Manager, Trade Partner & Sales Programmes and the sales team with all administrative duties, including booking conferences, arranging flights, managing invoices, reporting, and sending emails to sales agents to keep them informed about new products.

• Assisting the Director, Trade Sales & Commercial Partnerships, with marketing activities, including supporting marketing and advertising campaigns, preparing EDMs, sales toolkits, and product flyers.

• Managing requests for new brochures, overseeing the project timeline, and coordinating the editing and approval processes.

• Ordering posters, banners, uniforms for conferences, and other promotional materials.

• Assisting with onboarding new employees, managing building access, and maintaining the relevant relationships.

You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous administrative, sales, and/or marketing experience, ideally within the travel or hospitality industries.

• Experience with marketing and advertising campaigns, as well as press campaigns, is advantageous.

• Strong organisational skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and the confidence to take direction from multiple stakeholders.

• Previous experience using Mailchimp or similar platforms is desirable.

• Excellent multitasking abilities are essential.
