This is an opportunity to use your exceptional client and project management experience to deliver creative campaigns for a prestigious global FMCG/Drink brand.
  
These are multi-faceted accounts that execute within the integrated retail environment including POS, activations, promotions, events.
  
The agency has an incredibly supportive and collaborative team-based culture, well-resourced with strategy, creative, design and production who will support you on every brief and project to ensure the best outcome for your clients.
  
You:-

  • A Senior Account Director with shopper/promotional experience and a can-do attitude with a desire to grow your client’s business and add value to all briefs.  

  • You have a natural ability to realise new creative and strategic opportunities for both your clients and the agency.

  • Working with a senior leadership team, you will set the action plan for executing your clients marketing requirements and ensure campaigns are delivered on brief, on budget and on time as well as identify incremental opportunities for organic growth.

  • You will work with, support and mentor a team of Account Managers to stay across the development, execution and evaluation of all projects

  • Clients will trust and see you as their 'go to' person within the agency to ensure their campaigns are strategically and creatively on brief and delivered seamlessly

  • Ability to work in cross-agency / multi agency environment

  • Excellent financial management skills including forecasting, reporting and reconciling

  • Superior organisation and time management skills, especially under pressure and tight deadlines

  • Troubleshooting and issues management skills

  • Creative, dynamic and proactive thinking (literally and laterally)

  • A thorough & detailed understanding and knowledge of the industry

  • A pro-active and enthusiastic approach to your day-to-day work management
