Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of brand positioning, employee engagement, and strategic rollout projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and strategic understanding
- Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, and internal workflows to ensure seamless delivery
- Prepare for and support client workshops, strategic sessions, and presentations
- Partner with internal teams across strategy, creative, production and operations
- Oversee financial administration including estimates, forecasting, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Maintain clarity and consistency in communication across all touch points
About You
- Previous experience in a brand, creative or strategic agency/consultancy
- A deep interest in brand strategy, identity and positioning work
- Strong relationship management skills with a collaborative, professional approach
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational capabilities
- Financially confident - able to manage estimates, budgets, and reporting
- A team player who works well across disciplines and can anticipate client needs
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
