This is a newly created role for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Producer to manage end to end digital projects from web, social and app development.
It's a vital hybrid role in building and maintaining trusted partnerships with your clients by ensuring consistent high quality output and service at every

You will be responsible for creating and managing multimedia concepts and
projects, as well as interactive media. As a problem solver, you'll be involved in the detail of any given project and serve as the โgo-toโ for both clients and internal agency teams.
You:
As an experienced Senior Project Manager, you will be able to demonstrate success in autonomously managing mid-sized and large digitally-led projects.
You will be a confident presenter and communicator, who thinks strategically and contributes considered and insightful information to clients.
You will be confident in managing interdisciplinary teams to evolve and execute conceptual work into clear sets of deliverables.
Create clear and non-ambiguous documentation of requirements, schedules and budgets in Statements of Work
Be an self-reliant problem solver who proactively looks beyond the obvious to find innovative yet relevant solutions
Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills
Detail oriented, and accurately manage budgeting and forecasting.
Highly organised, and efficient in project managing multiple campaigns and balancing conflicting priorities
Flexible, pragmatic, calm and patient
Key Responsibilities:-
Writing clear and compelling briefs to inspire the creative and technology teams.
Knowing the status of all projects on your account, and keeping clients updated
Accurately scope projects, defining project requirements and success metrics when required
Managing scope changes, budgets and timeframes.
Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders to help in the delivery of projects to brief and on time
Translate technical ideas into simple, easy to understand concepts for the client and internal stakeholders
Translate logical, planned thinking into clear plans, schedules, and documents
Ensure a high level of QA across all internal and external projects.
Maintain documentation for all internal and external projects.
Be a passionate about delivering the best creative, but find ways of producing it that does not jeopardise schedule and budget
Serve as the main client interface on projects: clarify strategic requirements, explain complex ideas clearly, and manage expectations
Effectively utilise the Office Suite of products, Jira, Confluence and other agency programs
Have a working knowledge of CMS and Marketing Automation platforms
Maintain a strong knowledge of digital development technologies, including expertise in quality assurance processes
Complete daily timesheets in Workbook, aiming to deliver 95% utilisation.
Experience:
At least 3 yearsโ experience in a creative/digital agency as a digital producer, project manager or directly related experience
Certifications or hands on experience with agile or other relevant project management methodologies
Experience with CMS and Marketing Automation platforms
Experience working with campaign platforms like Adobe or SalesforceExperience working with project management tools like Jira, Teams, Confluence etc
