Our client is one of Australiaโ€™s iconic skincare brands, renowned for trust and quality. Their mission is to transform lives by helping individuals understand their skin's unique needs for optimal health. They are currently seeking a Social Media & Content Manager for a contract role.
  
THE ROLE:
  
The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive social media, content, and PR strategy that aligns with the brandโ€™s values and engages the target audience.

  • Planning and managing a strategic content calendar to promote key campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

  • Creating high-quality, visually captivating content (images, videos, stories, reels, etc.).

  • Driving brand awareness through strategic PR initiatives, including media familiarisation trips.

  • Overseeing internal PR activities and company events, including crafting presentation decks and event content.

  • Identifying opportunities for brand collaborations and influencer partnerships to enhance visibility and engagement.

  • Managing day-to-day social media activity, building a strong, loyal following across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.

  • Overseeing organic social media content calendars across various business units, including Brand, Salons, E-commerce, Franchise, and College.

  • Managing Meta and Google marketing campaigns.

  • Building and nurturing an online community to drive industry relevance, customer engagement, and brand loyalty.

  • Handling Social Media and PR briefs, including setting targets, budgets, and monitoring campaign performance.

YOU:
  
The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media, with a focus on retail or beauty brands.

  • Proven success in driving growth via organic social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

  • Experience managing PR agencies and influencer collaborations to amplify brand presence.

  • A premium, polished style with the ability to influence visual imagery and copy.

  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
