Strategy Director

This dynamic independent agency is seeking an experienced Strategic Director with a strong brand / communications background with a thorough 
understanding of customer marketing / CRM planning.

• You'll work with blue chip brands within (but not limited to) the  financial services and corporate sectors.

• Develop and execute key messaging strategies tailored to target  audiences across the entire customer journey funnel.

• Lead CRM initiatives, including email (EDMs), social media, and SMS  messaging, to drive engagement and retention.

• Work across teams to ensure cohesive and results driven  communication strategies.

 
What We're Looking For:
 

• Proven experience as a brand and comms planner, preferably within anagency environment

• Deep understanding of CRM and targeted messaging development.

• A strong track record of creating effective, audience-driven communications

• Able to work with a level of autonomy with the support of a senior  client services lead and a creative director

• Experience to deliver larger scale strategic projects as well as more  tactical executional briefs

• Exceptional presenter with excellent verbal and communication skills

• A curious mind and proactive approach to optimising the customer  journey.

 
The agency offers a supportive and collaborative team culture with a strong 
leadership team.
They have a hybrid model - 3 days in office, 2 remote.
