Are you a passionate and experienced Senior Account Manager with a solid agency background? Do you excel at managing projects from briefing through to creative and production? We’re looking for someone who can lead independently, foster client growth, and drive impactful results.
  
About the Role:
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll report into a Senior Account Director and will take ownership of projects and workstreams, building strong client relationships and ensuring seamless project delivery. You'll work closely with strategic, creative and production supporting clients’ growth ambitions while managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand project scope and brand impact.

• Manage projects cost-effectively, including quotations, invoicing, and financial updates.

• Lead the briefing process, crafting inspiring and insightful briefs to elevate creative output.

• Drive projects forward, aligning teams with client feedback and ensuring top-quality results.

  
Skills & Experience:

• Strong agency background preferably from a brand / design or packaging agency

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proven financial acumen, including billing, forecasting, and expense management.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment and make sound commercial decisions.

• A collaborative mindset, with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
