THE ROLE:
This role is responsible for recruiting, managing, and supporting agencies to grow the broadcaster base and increase revenue in Australia and New Zealand. Key responsibilities include:
- Agency management & growth: Recruiting, supporting, and managing agencies while developing strategies to scale their revenue potential, with a focus on professionalising agency operations.
- Performance tracking: Monitoring key performance metrics, analysing agency activity, retention, and churn rates to uncover insights that drive broadcaster growth.
- Campaign execution: Creating and delivering in-app and external campaigns to attract and develop both new and existing broadcasters and agencies.
- Industry knowledge sharing: Organising live showcases with successful agencies, facilitating industry knowledge transfer, and building a strong local broadcaster community.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partnering with the Data, Content, and Events teams to identify challenges and provide educational support to agencies on scaling their business.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong understanding of the ANZ agency market, with experience in onboarding and growing agencies.
- Excellent business negotiation skills and experience in integrating resources within the digital or influencer marketing space.
- Experience in internet operations, business development, or MCN (Multi-Channel Network) management is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute multiple initiatives effectively.
- A self-starter attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently while driving results.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
