Join an innovative travel company dedicated to designing luxury and discovery experiences for their guests. They are seeking a seasoned Marketing Specialist to drive the development and execution of captivating marketing campaigns, content and programs.
 
The Role:
 
As the Marketing Specialist, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Support the creation and delivery of key marketing materials, including brochures, advertising, flyers, blogs, advertorials, videos/TVCs, eDMs, and digital/social media ads.

  • Support global marketing initiatives by developing master assets for regional adaptation.

  • Utilise market trends and competitors to shape marketing strategies, promotions, and special offers.

  • Track, measure, and evaluate sales and campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations to enhance future marketing plans.

  • Oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing plans across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring a consistent brand presence across all channels.

  • Collaborate with in-house teams and external agencies to produce engaging marketing content and programs.

  • Contribute to integrated advertising campaigns by crafting content for press releases, TV commercials, advertising, eDMs, social media, and travel aget materials.

  • Develop presentations and create key assets for events.

  • Create content for social and video teams to support marketing campaigns, working closely with content production teams.

About You:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Industry knowledge and experience in travel, cruising, automotive, hospitality and aged care ideally within Australia and from either client-side or agency.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Experience in developing content and tailoring messaging across various platforms and channels.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to optimise marketing plans.

  • Must be open to 4 days in the office.
